Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items of the same value, subject to availability.
1. Exchange Window
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
2. Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Item must be in original packaging with tags intact
- Item must be in the same condition as received
⚠️ Items failing inspection may be rejected
3. Important Conditions
- Only one exchange request per order is allowed
- Exchange applies to same product value only
- Subject to stock availability
⚠️ If unavailable, exchange will be converted into a refund
4. How to Request an Exchange
- Log in to your account
- Go to Orders
- Select the item
- Choose Exchange
- Select preferred size or color
- Submit request
5. Exchange Process
- Original item must be returned first
- Item is inspected upon receipt
- Replacement is shipped after approval
6. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup arranged within 2–5 business days
- Replacement dispatched after inspection approval
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Must be reported within 48 hours
- Exchange will be processed free of charge
8. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Gift cards
- Final sale / discounted items
- Items not included in the request
9. Inspection & Rejection
- All returned items are inspected
- If rejected:
- Item may be returned to you
- Exchange request may be cancelled
