Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items of the same value, subject to availability.

 

1. Exchange Window

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery

 

2. Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Item must be in original packaging with tags intact
  • Item must be in the same condition as received

⚠️ Items failing inspection may be rejected

 

3. Important Conditions

  • Only one exchange request per order is allowed
  • Exchange applies to same product value only
  • Subject to stock availability

⚠️ If unavailable, exchange will be converted into a refund

 

4. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Orders
  3. Select the item
  4. Choose Exchange
  5. Select preferred size or color
  6. Submit request

 

5. Exchange Process

  • Original item must be returned first
  • Item is inspected upon receipt
  • Replacement is shipped after approval

 

6. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup arranged within 2–5 business days
  • Replacement dispatched after inspection approval

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours
  • Exchange will be processed free of charge

 

8. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale / discounted items
  • Items not included in the request

 

9. Inspection & Rejection

  • All returned items are inspected
  • If rejected:
    • Item may be returned to you
    • Exchange request may be cancelled
